DKE Under Investigation for War Crimes

One million Iraqis come forward with allegations against two former DKE brothers

In a suit filed this week with the International Criminal Court, one million Iraqi citizens came forward with allegations of war crimes and tactical misconduct by two Yale graduates and former brothers of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity.

The allegations include aerial assault, neoconservative warmongering, and invasion without consent. They span two periods, from 1990 to 1991 and from 2003 to 2011, and detail misconduct in Iraq, Kuwait, and at undisclosed locations at Guantanamo Bay and Lake Place.

The two former fraternity members were not named in the suit, referred to under the aliases "John W. Doe" and "John H. W Doe."
